Hip-Hop’s royal couple was spotted out without their little princess Monday night leaving Nobu. But of course new Mommy BeyBey paid tribute with blue nails and a blue dress (sidenote: Does that necklace look kinda like a Dipset chain or are we just starting isht as usual?).

They have all the money. They have all the power. One is a decorated rapper (Jay Z's * FREE VIDEO*) who has been in the game longer than Africa Bambatta (who is Africa Bambatta?) and the other(Beyonce Knowles *FREE VIDEO*) is a super star singer who draws in multitudes of fans.
